- Depending on your specific requirements on product quality, quantity and plant etc., we can offer a complete set of implementation scheme.
- After the machine is delivered to the customer's factory, when conditions are satisfied we can send specialized technician for installation and commissioning within one week, so as to make the machine operate at the best state. (Transportation, accommodation and other expenses are borne by the customer.)
- At the scene, our technician will explain to the customer the operation method, matters needing attention, solutions to common problems during operation etc.
- Customer can send concerned personnel to our company for 1-3 day learning of equipment installation.
- If you have other questions, please consult with us through the network, online video, telephone or other forms.
We offer one-year free maintenance for customers. If any fault appears in the machine within a year, our after-sale service personnel will arrive at the customer's factory as soon as possible, to find the cause, solve the problem, and reduce customer's unnecessary loss due to machine malfunction.
